Description: Manufactured in 1908. Equipped with a German silver blade front and buckhorn type rear sight and stamped with the standard two line address/patent marking and two line nickel steel marking followed by "30 W.C.F." at the breech. Receiver and barrel are stamped with the factory proof and the upper tang is marked with the three line manufacturer/model trade marked information. Mounted with a smooth forearm and straight grip stock with a metal forend cap and crescent buttplate. Blue with casehardened hammer, lever and buttplate.

Condition: Fair. The barrel, magazine tube and bolt retain approximately 85% original blue finish with some light spotting. The receiver retains sporadic patches of blue with the balance a smooth gray patina. There is some minor spotting mostly contained to the left side. The hammer and lever retain flashes of original case colors mixed with a smooth gray patina. The buttplate has a smooth gray patina. There is a patch of minor blistering on the left side of the forearm, otherwise the wood is fine with some minor dings and scratches. Mechanically fine.
