Produced in 1908. Blade front and fixed notch rear sights, with the two line address, patent, and model markings on top of the barrel and "22 SHORT" on the left. The loading port has been modified to the "triangle" pattern, to accept speed loading tubes, and a metal bracket attached to the barrel and magazine, with a spring loaded brass chain for securing the rifle to a bench. Nickel finished frame with matching numbers. Ribbed forearm and a smooth buttstock.
