POPOVA, LIUBOV 1889-1924 Birsk Landscape signed, c. 1916. Oil on canvas, 65 by 91 cm. Provenance: Dr. Mahmoud Vaja, Paris and Tehran, 1938. Authenticity certificate from Professor D Sarabianov and Andrey Sarabianov. Examination and Restoration report from Lars Bystrom, chief restorer of the Museum of Modern Art, S Letter from Lars Bystrom, dated 29 March 2007, reconfirming it is the same work that he had examined in 1994.
