Browne, wearing white lace dress with a gold and sapphire brooch at her corsage, multi-coloured shawl with striped edging, her blonde hair in ringlets, mauve curtain background; Miss Browne, wearing white lace dress, multi-strand coral necklace, her blonde hair in ringlets, a yellow canary in her hand and Master Browne, wearing blue tunic with white lace edging, his auburn hair in ringlets, playing with four lead soldiers all signed and dated on reverse with sitter's details, Master Browne dated 1854, the others dated 1856, all set into red leather travelling cases with gilt-metal mounts ovals, 87mm.
