Other Notes: In Nurse and Baby Bill, Cassatt "experiments with untraditional techniques and colors, giving the print a more painterly quality than her drypoints." * There are only a few known examples of Nurse and Baby Bill (No. 2), including several monochrome impressions, and only one two color impression known as the LC impression.
Andre Mellerio, a writer and admirer of Cassatt's prints, wrote the catalogue introduction for her second exhibition at the Galeries Durand-Ruel in 1893.
