LANDSCAPE WITH CLIVEDEN IN GERMANTOWN Paul Weber (1823-1916) Signed " Paul Weber 1850, " oil on canvas, framed. 11 1/2 x 15 in. (sight). PROVENANCE: Note: Born in Germany, Paul Weber came to Philadelphia in 1848. He painted, taught, and exhibited his work at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts until 1860 when he returned to Europe.
