JULES PASCIN (1885-1930) 'Girl', pencil drawing, signed lower right in ink. Exhibition label: Museum of Art Carnegie Institute Art in Residence: Oct. 17, 1973 - Jan. 6, 1974 Mr. & Mrs. Harold J. Ruttenberg. Also two handwritten authentications in French dated 1959 identifying the subject as Jane Fiesrinigcas (spelling?) also known as La Choute (the owl), a friend of Pascin's and Luigi Krolig. Contained in matted frame under glass. Condition: paper torn at upper right. Dimensions: 7 3/8'' X 4 7/8'', frame 12 3/4'' X 10''. Provenance: Collection of Graham Shearing.
