"From 1930 on, Torres-Garcia's work was shown at the leading modern art galleries in Paris, including Galerie Jean Bucher, Galerie Pierre, Galerie Zak, and Galerie Percier. The influential dealers Andri Level, Pierre Loeb, and Leonce Rosenberg befriended him and helped him publicize his work. Considered a primary force in the Parisian modern art world, his feeling for the spirit of the past was also recognized."
