Wÿnants 167(?) oil on canvas We are grateful to Marijke C. de Kinkelder of the Rijksbureau voor Kunsthistorische Documentatie, The Hague who, based on photographs, has confirmed the present painting to be a late work by Wijnants, datable to the early 1670s. She believes the figures could be by Johannes Lingelbach which would date the picture before November, 1674 when he died.
