Manufactured from 1868 to 1882 with a total production of about 10,690. The left side of the top strap is marked "MY FRIEND PAT'D. DEC. 26, 1865" and the serial number is marked on the bottom of the frame with partial match number on the cylinder pin and cylinder. Sever shot cylinder. The brass frame is engraved with a leaf and scroll design and also acts as a set of knuckles for hand fighting.
