Jack Hamilton Bush 1909 - 1977 Canadian silkscreen Sash AOL0308-E05485-001 30 x 18 inches 76.2 x 45.7 centimeters signed, editioned II/XX, dated March 1972 and inscribed "To Dan Solomon" Provenance:Private Collection, Toronto From 1970 - 1977, Bush and Toronto artist Dan Solomon rented studio space on the same floor of a building near Queen and Bathurst Streets in downtown Toronto. On occasion, the younger artist would assist Bush by helping to display his unstretched canvases to studio visitors. As Solomon refused payment for his efforts, Bush gave him this print as a sign of his gratitude.
