NOTE
In 2001, the James Faulkner wrote the following letter explaining how the present work came to him: "The shirt - African Visit of Queen Elizabeth II to Ghana in 1964. The drawing is a response from Cliff - as he liked the shirt - I wore it to a dinner party at Ruth Horwich's house. I gave it and a [voodoo] doll to Cliff - hence the drawing."
