Bull's eye requires all on-line buyers to have a licensed FFL dealer for shipping of firearms. You MUST fax Bull's eye (253-572-1046) open 7 days from 11-7pm pac time zone. once you become the winning bidder with the name and address and the FFL form for them to ship the firearm to.
