Description: Fine mid-eighteenth century German porcelain, probably Meissen, gold mounted table box of rectangular form - the exterior including the base, finely polychrome painted with floral sprays, the interior of the domed lid finely painted with a Palladian Palace with formal garden to foreground with haha and obelisk and urn lined terraces, 8.6cm wide, 7cm deep, 4.5cm high
Very good overall condition - some minor scratches and contact marks to glaze of base and corners, minute chip to front left bottom corner, no cracks or restoration
