The 12 tune music box has a cylinder playing 28 notes on 2 combs, plus 21 notes on the organ; centered in the back of the box are 5 bells, a drum to the left and a wood block to the right. Has very nice sound and runs smoothly, in the left side of the box is an internal ratchet wind. The burled walnut box has inlaid borders and some ebony and bronze handles on the sides. The case has some losses to the inlay. One broken tooth to the right comb. Original tune card is complete but torn in 3 places.
