c.1953; oil/board, 9" x 7", signed: not pictured; "Under the Street light", watercolor, 15" x 11", signed and dated, 1932. Important Ohio modernist. Exhibited at the National Academy of Design, Whitney Museum, Art Institute of Chicago, and the Corcoran Gallery (throughout the 1930s-50).
