All property is sold to the highest bidder as is, where is without warranty or guarantee of any kind whether expressed, implied or statutory including without limitation any warranty or guarantee as to character, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and physical condition. Prospective buyers must rely solely on their own knowledge before bidding to determine such as age, quality, character, condition. There is no return privilege, and all sales are final.
All items offered online will have a minimum starting bid as displayed on the online catalogue. Online bids lower than minimum will not be accepted.
Descriptions are given to the best of our knowledge regarding condition or vintage.
Bidders can pay by Check, Bank Wire direct to our account, money order, paypal at: easterndynastyantiques@gmail.com. You can also pay by VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER, up to $2000 USD limit.
Items will only be shipped to the Credit Card billing address, which must be provided with the security code on the credit card.
Eastern Dynasty Antiques will communicate with all successful online bidders within 48 hours after auction to arrange payment method and shipping details. All sales are final.
All items sold online are subject to a buyers premium of 18%.
Items purchased in Michigan are subject to 6% sales tax.
Buyer to pay acutal shipping cost through UPS, which is separate from Eastern Dynasty Antiques. We will provide you with the contact information so buyers can pay for shipping direct.
Eastern Dynasty Antiques will not be RESPONSIBLE for loss or damages caused by shipping or packaging.
There will be no returns or refunds. All Duties, Import Tariffs & Taxes are the responsibility of the Buyer. If your item(s) are damaged or lost in shipping, you will need to contact the shipper to file a claim.
