Condition Note: Canvas is lined. SURFACE: while fruits look quite fresh and vivid, surface has been compressed from relining and canvas weave shows through in several places; darks have sunk-in slightly; a small loss at lower edge, center; a small filmy white area (about 1/2 in. diameter) at center left covers one of the grapes--seems to be above varnish UNDER ULTRA VIOLET: inpainting along the edges (for abrasion); scattered spots of inpaint in background at upper center and at lower right; a couple of spots in grapes at upper right and those at upper left
