Containing an account of the operations of his commands in the years 1864 and 1865 by Lieutenant-General Jubal A. Early. Carles W. Button, Lynchburg (Virginia), 1867. Second edition. Wraps. Covers somewhat soiled with minor chips. Spine covering is split with 20% missing. Contents in nice condition with occasional soiling to corners. Overall very good copy of the second edition which was published to raise money for the Ladies Memorial Associations of Virginia for the purpose of finding and marking the graves of Virginia soldiers who fell in the Civil War. From the Collection of General W.H. Vanderlinden, Jr., late of Hickory, North Carolina.
