"Closed helmet with short, roped comb, the visor and the ventail ribbed at the centre, a row of rivets at the base; provided with nape -and neck-guard. Two-plate gorget. Strongly convex chest-plate, with thick, twisted roping at the neckline; back-plate with three culet plates. Six-plate tassets with smooth roped margins. Brassards with pauldrons provided with neck-guards; wide elbow-pieces, vambraces with hooking closures. Gauntlets without fingers. Complete greaves, ribbed at the centre, with plated sabbatons. Assembled on a mannequin complete with a tall wooden pedestal."
