Description: A MONUMENTAL CONTINENTAL PORCELAIN LIDDED URN ON STAND Royal Vienna style, 19th Century 57 inches (144.8 cm) high Of Neoclassical form, handpainted in the round with Classical scenes against a burgundy ground, the obverse depicting a seated draped female figure with three female attendants, enhanced with gilt decoration, bands of cartouche designs on pink, turquoise, and cream grounds above and below, framed by twin gilt scrolling handles terminating in masks, the corresponding lid topped with a gilt foliate finial, raised on a stepped circular plinth, the central panel handpainted with a seminude reclining female figure and putto, similar cartouche designs on either side
