the hexagonal top with molded edge enclosing a panel of needlework worked in colored silks and wool with a garden scene with musicians and spectators viewing the scene from balustraded balconies, the border with birds and bizarre flowers and foliage, the top tilting on a birdcage support above a tapered fluted column above a foliate carved baluster form collar, the cabriole legs carved with foliate sprays with ruffled edges and with claw and ball toes on castors.
