57th (West Middlesex) Regiment of Foot, Officer's shako plate circa 1855-61. A very fine die-stamped gilt example of crowned star pattern mounted with pierced gilt Garter; gilt numerals '57' to red cloth centre. Two horizontal loops to reverse. Cloth replaced otherwise VGC.
