This work shows the verse "From Linnin Rags good Paper doth derive" from "A Short Description of Pennsilvania" by Richard Frame, with letterpress printed by Mary Phelan on flax paper made by Bobbie Lippman. This work bears the signature "B. Lippman" in pencil in the bottom right-hand corner. This work is accompanied by two pieces of advertisement by Somerset printmakers and Legion Paper.
