Established in Cincinnati and in the auction business since 1981, the Treadway Gallery serves as headquarters for an internationally-attended auction series focused on 20th Century Decorative Art. As creators of a specialized annual Decorative Arts and Rookwood auction in Cincinnati, we have positioned ourselves as the leaders of that field of ceramic art. Treadway Gallery, Inc. works closely with The John Toomey Gallery of Oak Park, Illinois. We are specialists in 20th Century design - specifically the emerging decorative art of the 1950s. The two galleries collaborate in the Chicago auctions and both regularly exhibit at top shows across the United States.
