  • Rapid payment: Osenat will send payments to sellers 35 days after reception of payment from the buyer, or at the latest 2 months after the day of the auction. Advance payments and guaranties can be negociated depending upon the importance of the sale.
  • Respect of deontological rules: The sellers identity is systematically verified. We establish a seller’s contract between Osenat and the seller. We adhere to the confidential reserve price and issue a price list following each sale.
