Condition reports on specific items are prepared by the staff upon request. Bidding may be executed in person or through absentee bids, submitted in writing or on-line. Live phone bidding is also possible if presale arrangements are made.

Professional consignment agents advise prospective sellers on the auction potential of individual items or entire estates. Items can be evaluated from photographs or by personal on-premise inspection. Written appraisals are available on a fee basis. Post-auction settlements with consignors are generally settled within thirty business days from the sale.
