  There is a fully equipped G.I.A. gem laboratory on the premises, administered by Russ Kodner, Vice President. Russ is a Graduate Gemologist qualified in both diamonds and colored stones and regularly attends continuing G.I.A. (Gemological Institute of America) education seminars. As for Jay Kodner, he was the youngest member of the Appraisers Association of America many years ago. Recently Jay had the pleasure of watching his son qualify for membership on his first application. Between them the Kodners, father and son, are the best one-two punch on the East Coast of Florida, offering as they do full service to anyone needing to buy, sell or consign for sale antiques of high quality in this area. Russ conducts most of the jewelry business, and Jay's time is spent seeking out better 19th century art, silver, glass, ivory, antique weapons, porcelain, sculpture, clocks, furniture, and Oriental rugs. Both father and son, Jay and Russ Kodner, have built a specialty auction house for that discerning buyer, seller or consignor of antiques. The Kodners own their own 15,000 square foot block long building and attached parking lot, located on US 1 (Federal Highway), two minutes south of the Fort Lauderdale airport and minutes east of Interstate 95 and Florida's Turnpike.
