  Auction House Open Hours
  
  The auction house is opened Monday to Friday, from 9a.m. to 12a.m and 2p.m. to 6p.m. for item deposits, appointments and valuations. However, it is preferable to call and make an appointment to meet Maître Holz.
  
  
  Auction Hours
  
  Auctions are organized at the auction house in ARLES on Saturdays at 2.30p.m for objects and furniture auctions, and 3p.m for paintings and archeology auctions.
  
  We are closed on Wednesdays.
  
  
  Bidding orders / Phone bids
  
  In case you would like to bid over the phone or put a bidding order on items, you will need to send to the auction house an email or fax, at least until 12a.m on the day of the auction:
  
  * a written statement of the maximum amount up to which you want to bid, or your request of a phone line during the auction;
  * the items’ catalogue number or description;
  * your postal and phone information;
  * your bank details (IBAN, bank details etc...);
  * a copy of your ID
  
  In case of a phone bid, you will then be called during the auction at the time of the presentation of the item in order to bid yourself over the phone.
  
  
  Payment
  
  You can pay for your purchases by proceeding to a bank transfer. We do not accept credit cards.
  
  It is possible to pay for the items in cash up to 3 000 Euros, and only if you present yourself to the auction house to pay and retrieve your items.
  
  Commission charges supported by the buyer and added to the hammer price: 17% tax excluded, 20,332% with V.A.T.
  
  Photos of any items presented are available on website or demand.
  
  
  Liability
  
  In case of failure of payment within one month following the auction, items are put back on sale to the first bidder (folle enchère).
  Even thought the responsibility of the item relies on the buyer at the moment of the sale, we allow a forbearance of 2 months after the auction to keep the items in our premises. Past this period, the items are no longer covered or insured.
