About Us
Antique Helper, Inc. is an auction company with expertise in the Arts, Antiques and Collectibles categories of the Auction liquidation and Estate Settlement business. The company’s president, Dan Ripley, is a Certified Estate Specialist, NAA member, and a third generation, internationally recognized, art and antiques expert with over 15 years of personal experience dealing at the highest levels of the antiques industry.
MISSION STATEMENT
Antique Helper is built on the assumption that Art, Antiques and Collectible items achieve full potential value when properly offered at auction. We use state-of-the-art technology, including the Internet and eBay Live, and experienced, professional cataloging and marketing. Personal properties are handled with care and respect and thorough detail, while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
OUR SERVICES
Our company offers complete auction services, for estates, collections and personal property for individuals, heirs, executors, other legal representatives and commercial clients. We routinely participate in community appraisal clinics.
ADVERTISING AND MARKETING
We use fully cataloged, live auctions and list our sales on eBay Live in partnership with Artfact, reaching millions of bidders and allowing real-time Internet bidding. Antique Helper also offers eBay drop-off services. We use targeted print advertising in International trade papers to reach traditional markets. Our mailing list contains over 10,000 active buyers.
REFERRALS AVAILABLE
Antique Helper serves clients on a national level with major consignments coming from relationships developed in New York City, Florida and across the country. Local clients include The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis, The Library of the Indianapolis Museum of Art, The Eiteljorg Family, First Indiana Bank, The Kokomo Historical Society, Riley Hospital for Children, The Farber Gallery of Art, and many well-known individual clients.
We average 2 auctions per month in our facility. Off-site/On location auctions can be conducted on eBay, too.
