  Location… New Hampshire provides an excellent environment for marketing firearms, for several reasons. New Hampshire has no state sales tax, so a higher percentage of the bidder's money ends up in your settlement check and buyers can spend more dollars on the object of their desire. Additionally, there is no state capital gains tax in New Hampshire so consignors need not worry about a tax on their arms that are sold in New Hampshire. Finally, there are no restrictive gun laws in New Hampshire that hinder many other states and localities. Some auction houses catalog and sell guns that are not even in their state because they are illegal to possess.
