painted around the globular body with figures in a river landscape beneath borders of stylized foliage, now drilled and mounted as a lamp, (neck chipped and reduced, wood stand damaged).
Lot 3: A CHINESE TRANSITIONAL WUCAI JAR AND WOOD COVER MID-17TH CENTURY
painted in iron-red, green, yellow, purple and underglaze-blue with lion-dogs amongst dense flowering foliage, together with a later pierced wood cover.
