Sale NotesStamps of the Americas and Pacific Region. Over 700 lots to be sold without reserve. Dr. Macht was a prominent Baltimore surgeon who avidly collected stamps through his adult life. Much of the collection was acquired from noted dealers and auctions in the 1960's and 70's.
