Description: COLT THIRD MODEL DERINGER. American, 19th century. Colt "Thuer" Third Model Deringer in .41 rimfire caliber with 2-1/2" barrel and walnut grips. First type later production gun with high hammer spur and large " -Colt-" on barrel. Sn. 1871.
Condition Report: Overall condition is very good. Very old and light pitting on left side of barrel, COLT is clear, grooves are visible in bore, some old minor pitting in bore. Grips are darker on left side. Ejecter spring is strong. We provide condition information when it is requested by a potential bidder, as a part of our dedication to excellent customer service.
