Condition Report: Microscope has been polished in the past. Top of "clamshell" case is off and split in two. Both mirrors have lines.

Holz, Berlin, rack and pinion coarse focus, triple nosepiece circular stage, and plano/concave mirror, with mahogany box; and a Bausch & Lomb with rack and pinion coarse focus, micrometer fine focus on pillar, triple nosepiece, mechanical stage, substage condenser and iris diaphragm, and plano/concave mirror, in a mahogany box.
Condition Report: Holz is missing slide clips, lacquer is showing some wear. The B&L has considerable lacquer loss and tarnishing, the iris diaphragm is stuck shut and the X and Y stage controls are stiff.

Watson & Sons Ltd. Edinburgh Student model H in lacquered brass and black paint, rackwork coarse focus, micrometer screw fine focus on pillar, mechanical stage, substage condenser, plano/concave mirror, and tripod base, in a mahogany box.
Condition Report: Ross has slight lacquer loss on fine focus knob and pillar. The Watson nose piece is loose, is missing a slide clip and some lacauer loss on tube.
