Preview will be held at the Auction House, St. Paul Auditorium, 60th St. & Columbus Ave., New York City on Tuesday, March 23rd from 2PM to 7PM & on the morning of sale from 9AM until Noon. Our spring museum sale features textile treasures from many of the top museum collections in the US. Most of the clothing and textile lots at our sale are de-accessions or museum holdings that have not been on view to the public for half a century or more. All are sold with no minumum bids and no reserves. Museums with objects in our sale include the Museum of Fine Arts, The Chrysler Museum, the National Heritage Museum, the Montclair Art Museum and major additions from the historic costume collection of the Brooklyn Art Museum.
