Description: A 19th Century majolica cheese dish and cover thought to be by George Jones, the domed cover with moulded basket work pattern sides, the rustic pattern twin handle with apple blossom on a turquoise ground, on circular base with moulded basket pattern rim, 10.5ins diameter x 12.75ins high (the green mottled underside apparently unmarked but with pattern No. 3240 30 and impressed numerals - extensively restored)
