Among the finest of American furniture you'll find a circa 1790 Chippendale chest, Connecticut 18th c. chest of drawers, mahogany Chippendale tall clock, circa 1800 Hepplewhite sideboard, and a set of 6 Massachusetts 18th c. Chippendale carved chairs. Four rare 18th c. maps by Henri Abraham and Mattheus Seutter will be offered. An Etruscan period fibula highlights a fine selection of antiquities. Important Chinese artwork includes an ancient Chinese scroll painting (1056 - 1063), an 18th c.
