Description: A Victorian yellow metal brooch, in the form of a high relief flower with textured leaves and textured wire work. Set with six oval foil backed white stones and one foil backed round stone. The reverse has a keepsake compartment. Hung with swags of snake chain and also a snake chain tassel with tapered wire ends, contained with a wire work bead. Tests for high carat gold. Approx gold weight 12.8gms.
