sculptor.
He
is
famous
both
as
the
man
who
broke
Michelangelos
nose
and
as
the
Florentine
artist
who
is
generally
credited
with
introducing
the
Italian
Renaissance
style
to
England.
He
was
a
brilliant
and
versatile
sculptor
and
also
one
of
the
first
Italian
Renaissance
artists
to
work
in
France,
the
Netherlands,
Spain
and
perhaps
Portugal.
