Here's How Artfact Auction Advisor™ Works


  1. Choose the Artfact Auction Advisor™ subscription that meets your needs best.
  2. Find your artist's page on Artfact and click on the icon. You may also browse artists by style in the Artfact 1,000™ or the Art Genre Guide. Artfact saves your artist selections in your My Artfact so you may change them at any time.
  3. To be alerted about any non-fine art objects, use specific tailored keyword searches by submitting your search criteria from the Advanced Search page. Then, when you receive your search results just click on the icon at the top of the results page to save your keyword search criteria.
  4. You'll automatically receive Artfact Advisor email alerts that match your choices when your selected artists or objects are offered at auction. Alert emails include auction house, sale date, lot number and a link to the unabridged auction catalog lot details at Artfact.com.
  5. If you're interested, research past prices on the Artfact artist's page, then place your bid by registering for the Artfact Live! auction (where available) or contacting the auction house directly. Learn more about bidding in Artfact Live! Auctions.
  6. Artfact saves your selections in your My Artfact account where they may be viewed and sorted. Changes can be made to your selections and settings through Manage Advisor.
